FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:           I am interested in enrolling my child in a gymnastics class; how do I start?

A:            The RGA website has the recreational schedule of classes posted on the schudule/price tab with updates.  The schedule provides the day of the week, time of day, age range, and skill level for each class offered.  If you find a class you prefer, call us at 910-391-3970 or stop by in person to determine availability of your preferred class selection.  Please do not use our Facebook page for these inquiries; they will not be answered through Facebook.  Please note, it is common to find that your preferred class is full with an active wait list.  We will do our best to find a class which meets your needs.

Q:           How much does the program cost?

A:            Please visit the Shedulie/Pricing tab.  All prices are listed and explained in detail on the guide.  There are no hidden fees.  If we offer the service, it will be listed on the pricing guide, along with an associated price.

Q:           I have tried asking questions through Facebook Messenger and received no responses.

A:            We apologize for the inconvenience.  RGA maintains a Facebook page to post notifications about our program and activities for public knowledge.  We do appreciate the support and comments from the public we serve through Facebook, but we do not conduct business through Facebook.  Please visit the RGA website at www.raefordgymnastics.com to find answers about the posted class schedule and pricing guide before calling us 910-391-3970 or stopping by to inquire in person about availability of your preferred class.

Q:           I have called RGA and not received an answer.  How can I contact RGA?

A:            The RGA contact number does not receive calls outside of our posted business hours.  The RGA business hours of operation can be found on our website on the home page.  If you are calling outside of business hours, please leave your name, number, and a brief message, and we will do our best to respond promptly during business hours.  If you are calling to inquire about enrollment procedures and/or pricing, please refer to questions 1 and 2 above before leaving a message.

Q:           What are my payment options for monthly tuition?

A:            RGA accepts cash, check, card at the main reception desk.  You can also pay online with card or bank transfer through the regularly scheduled invoice announcement which you will receive on the 1st of each month after enrollment.  RGA also offers the option of auto-draft payment.  Stop by the main reception desk to receive an authorization form and we will be glad to help set up an auto-draft payment schedule for you.

Q:           Does RGA offer trial classes?

A:            Trial classes are offered by exception, very limited, and only approved on a case by case basis.  Trial classes are not commonly granted.  Please understand that in order to accommodate a trial class for your child, RGA must have an opening in a regularly scheduled class and have an age and skill level appropriate coach scheduled to conduct the class.  RGA has a responsibility to remain open and available to the public and to maintain an age and skill appropriate coaching staff for all classes offered; both require revenue to pay for our facility, equipment, and coaching staff.  We thank you for your understanding.

Q:           Am I required to sign a contract for classes?

A:            No. RGA does not require our patrons to sign a contract.  We do require an enrollment form for each student, participation policy, and liability waiver before your child can begin classes.  Your child’s monthly tuition is due upon receipt of the invoice RGA sends out on the 1st of each month via email to the email address you provide during enrollment.  The tuition you pay for a month of service is not refundable, but if you choose to discontinue enrollment after that, there are no penalties.  Please note, that after two weeks of absence without prior coordination with RGA Staff, your child’s enrollment and reserved class spot will be terminated to allow room for those students on the wait list for that class.
